Birthday Parties at the Rec

BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION!!!
The Vandalia Recreation Center offers a number of birthday party packages to make your child's day special! Each party includes 1-hour in our Special Events Room or Ricky's Room, and 2-hours in the VRC feature of your choice. The VRC provides paper products and a hostess to help organize the festivities. The Lobby of the Vandalia Recreation Center is NOT to be used for a party! **A maximum of 25 guests are allowed per party.

Aquatic Center AND 1-Hour in Special Events Room* OR Ricky's Room*

VRCMember/Vandalia Resident* Proof of Residency Required	$80 (up to 12 guests) Each additional person swimming is $4.00
Non-Resident of Vandalia	$90 (up to 12 guests) Each additional person swimming is $4.00

Luther's Jungle OR Climbing Wall* AND 1-Hour in Special Events Room OR Ricky's Room

VRC Member/Vandalia Resident* *Proof of Residency Required	$65 (up to 12 guests) Each additional person climbing or in Luther's is $2.50
Non-Resident of Vandalia	$75 (up to 12 guests) Each additional person climbing or in Luther's is $2.50

*Climbing Wall: Signed waiver by parent/guardian required for each climber.
*The special events room is a plain room. The Ricky's room is a daycare oriented room.

Parties are scheduled in the order that the REQUEST FORMS are received. Forms can be turned in to the front desk or faxed to 937-890-7748. For additional questions please contact the Party Coordinator agood@vandaliaohio.org or 415-2340 ext. 2509.

Once you turn in the Birthday Request form, the Birthday Party Coordinator will contact you within one to two business days. The full balance of the Birthday Party Fee will be due 10 business days before your scheduled party date. Payment not received by the due date will make your birthday party subject to cancellation. You may pay over the phone with a credit card or in person at the VRC by cash, check, or credit card.

Pool Additional Information:
* Children 4 years of age and younger must be accompanied in the water within arms' length by a responsible adult (min. 16 years of age)
* Appropriate swim attire (i.e., swimsuit, swim trunks) is required in the pool-no street clothes, cut-off shorts, athletic apparel, etc.
Climbing Wall Additional Information:
* All participants MUST sign a waiver to climb. Climbers under the age of 18 must have parent/guardian consent.
* The minimum age to climb is 6 years old.

Luther's Jungle Additional Information:
* Luther's Jungle is for children 4 years and older and under 56" tall.
* Shoes are not permitted on Luther's Jungle unit. Socks MUST be worn by all children while playing.
