The cities of Vandalia, Huber Heights and Tipp City signed a joint venture agreement to create the Tri Cities North Regional Wastewater Authority (TCA) in 1996. TCA's wastewater treatment plant utilizes physical, biological and chemical processes to treat wastewater collected form the cities of Vandalia, Huber Heights and Tipp City. Following is the schedule of meetings of the TCA Board for 2008. Meetings are held at 3777 Old Needmore Road beginning at 9:00 a.m. Meetings are open to the public.
